I went down to visit the place . I will be getting a brand new puppy an Alaskan Klee Kai next week and Sam one of the workers helped me. She was so friendly and kind and took the time to help me get ready for the new arrival. She was patience and had so much great knowledge. She even recommended me a vet for my new pup. I will def be back to see everyone at puppy palace again to get all my puppy needs from them. Thank you Sam, Happy New Year!

First the smell, once you open the door the smell hits you. This is not your normal kennel smell from dogs and puppies doing their business, it smelled unhealthy. $1,500 for dachshund, she was beautiful and sweet! "Is she a mini?" Mini what? She's a dachshund. "Is she a short smooth?" (I'm dead serious!) Yes dachshunds are short and smooth. "No her coat." She doesn't come with a coat but we sell them in the shop. " How long has she been here?" I'm not sure she's been here awhile. "Can I hold her?" No. They young ladies there didn't seem to know anything about dogs, asking crazy high show quality prices for pet quality puppies. They would clean up messes from the little pups but the larger puppies were walking around in their own diarrhea 😭 And you want me to spend that kind of money but won't let me hold her, have basic knowledge of the puppies and you won't take care of them? This place made me cry for those puppies.

Went in here and fell in love with a black and white Great Dane. My husband surprised me and bought her for me. As soon as I picked her up I asked about the drainage coming from her nose and eyes, was told it was from their bedding and it washes off. And I swear I heard her coughing and they said she’s just excited and sometimes they cough from that. Well this dog almost died as a puppy that’s how sick she was. The vet told me how poorly bred she was and how sick she was and untreated as a baby. I love her and continue to pay vet bills for her constant ailments. I’m glad I rescued her from here but they are HORRIBLE!!! I don’t regret getting her and I continue to do what I can for her health. But buyer beware!!!!!!!

I went there because of Lexie Pike she helped me find my best friend. A Beautiful German Shepard baby boy I couldn't be happier with my experience and she made it happen 😎
