We were very loyal customers to PetSmart grooming until today. We have repeatedly been told pricing over the phone, only to be charged more once we pick our dogs up. And at the point, the staff state that there is nothing that they can do because the dog has already had their hair cuts and baths. They trimmed our dogs face and cut his nails—charged us $60!!!!! I will NEVER bring my business to PetSmart Grooming ever again!

DO NOT BUY FISH FROM PETSMART!!! I bought ten Mollies from the Fayetteville location, and they all died within a week. I know that it was nothing that I did, because I properly cycled the tank with water from my other tank before I put the mollies in. I obviously bought them sick. I tried to save them, but they were too far gone. I went back into Petsmart today and counted a grand total of 40 dead fish in their tanks. When I told the lady she didn't seem the least bit concerned. She just said "oops I guess they didn't scope them out before we opened today." RIDICUlOUS!

The assistant manager Kevin is rude and makes up policies. Lied multiple times and even accused me of fraud and "hustling" until I explained how coupons worked. Went to Rogers and they basically said he was full of it and I should make a complaint. They accepted my coupons without hassle and we all got a good laugh. Corporate issued a $15 gift card for the trouble, which was appreciated, but I'm not a thief and won't accept someone making up lies because they don't want to do their job correctly. He even tried charging me more to return the dog food. He wanted to charge me $6.xx to return one bag. It was absolutely crazy. Won't be going back to this location again. Rogers is much nicer.

This place is great friendly people great service quality products a special thanks to Lilly who took the time to help me figure out harnesses and seat belts. She really made me feel good about being a first time dog owner I just want to thank whoever manages the Fayetteville store for having such a wonderful staff and now that I have a dog I'll be back!

I don't know much about how they treat their other animals, but they take horrible care of their fish. I saw multiple dead fish in several different tanks, and a few filters were turned up too high and catching the fish's fins. They also have a terrible selection of cleaner critters, and a few tanks were overrun with snails.
