Staff was very nice, but they shaved our doodle all the way down... typically this would have been fine but he came back with razor burn and cuts that have now scabbed over.

Five stars when they had my cat food. It dropped to two when they would not re stock it. Employees are super friendly and helpful.

BEWARE OF DOROTHY & HER WORST-EVER NIGHT STAFF - I arrived at 9:01pm to return an item with receipt in-hand and DOROTHY and her crew would not let me into the store...even though there were 5 other customers still shopping. I was standing with item & receipt in front of the door at 9:01pm. I asked nicely .. I begged ... I pleaded ... I asked for the manager. NO DEAL! Their staff would not let me in, just to do a 30 second transaction! What ever happened to putting the customer first? It was obvious to me that PetSmart DID NOT CARE. Who knows? THEY PROBABLY LOCKED THE DOORS EARLY! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE in the evening or you will experience a TERRIBLE, NO-GOOD, VERY BAD day. DOROTHY & HER WORST-EVER NIGHT CREW do not smile, do not "thank you", do not say "how can i help you?". The night staff at this store WILL NOT help you. BEWARE. WORST-EVER Experience. Should DOROTHY & her crew be fired? My one star rating says it all! Every time you make a purchase you are voting. I won't be voting for this PetSmart location ever again!

Got my dog groomed there this week and the costumer service was incredible. The cut is super cute and I am very happy with the service that was provided.
