Manager was great, extremely nice and helpful. Very refreshing, especially after I called a few other Petcos and they were very rude over a simple question (whether they had an item in stock). I was even able to ask him more detailed and confusing questions with no issue. Would recommend this location and will be going there more often even though it’s a little out of the way for me. Can’t say enough about great things about the manager!!

The store is clean and well kept. Quality products (I like Blue Buffalo foods and compressed nutshell bedding) and reasonable pricing.

"Large" crickets are consistently less than half inch long. This is half the size of other locations. 

The staff is forced-friendly (rehearsed greetings with eye rolls and exasperation). However I have encountered friendlier cashiers occasionally as well. Hit or miss.

Had what I needed. Clean store. Friendly staff. Plenty of selection for what I was looking for. Will be back if in the area. Location was easy to get to.

This place is just ok. There are some good people as far as staffing but none over the top. Some of the managers take their sweet time to help anyone or the cashier. I've even caught one of them asking an older couple "what do you want?" The store is clean for the most part, but most items in store are over priced. But it's helps when the store manager will let you price match from the petco or petsmart website.. 

Here are some bad things though: I've over heard some of the employees laughing at and making fun of one of the employees with a speech impediment, they were in the front office not being discrete at all. Most of the staff doesn't seem very happy when they have to help you out. I've seen some of them sigh or roll their eyes at customers when they ask for help. They need at least 3 people in the morning and 3 at night. Ive gone in at 10am and had to wait 5-10 minutes to get any assistance because there's 2 people in the store until 1 usually.

 The aquatics section is one of the best I've seen at a petco store, but their variety sucks. And when you ask them to special order something they usually end up saying the warehouse was out of stock on that fish. The saltwater tanks are constantly covered in algae though, and a lot of fish have ich at the same time it seems. And they don't have a huge selection on many other animals, or small animal/ bird foods and items.  

So yes I give this store a 2 star rating. I won't be going back there after hearing and seeing all the things I have. Used to be a great store when Robin was the manager. Went straight to hell when she left. I hope they get it together and soon. There are so many forced greetings from the employees that are usually accompanied by eye rolls . They have the cashiers doing way too much! They have to ask you if you found everything okay, if you have a pals card, if you want to make a donation, if you want to buy a calender, and then they ask you to take a survey if you get one because they only get credit for 9's  and 10's. Improve your staff and maybe you'll get better ratings.
