They have a nice selection of all types of pet supplies but also have extremely high prices (on everything). However, I've been there looking at medications for my dog and was assisted by an actual Liscensed Vet Tech whom helped me find the right product for the condition. There were several options available and she explained each one. She even took the time to explain more about the condition and how to manage it in the future. In my opinion, that alone was worth the extra cost.

A pretty standard selection of pet supplies. Feeds, toys, travel gear, and all the fixings. A vet clinic and grooming center as well. Aquariums, live fish, and some other semi-exotic animals as well.

This store is always clean and orderly and the employees are pleasant and helpful. Sign up for their emails! I was visiting the store because they emailed me a coupon for a bag of free dog food - any brand, up to 6 lbs. Also ended up getting some dog toys. They have a great selection!

Best PetSmart location in KC area! Love the food options and prices for my dogs. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable with their products.

I've had good experiences with this location OUTSIDE of the grooming department. I called to schedule a bath for both of my dogs and when I came back to pick them up, I was charged for a full service groom!!! $44/piece instead of $25/piece. I will NEVER shop at a PetSmart again. Text book definition of bait and switch.
