We were looking for a beaded dragon 🐲 lucky enough they had two different types and all the supplies that we needed. The store is huge and spacious. The pricing on most of the pets is really reasonable and I love the high turn around on new pets. Pet insurance, grooming, veterinary & training on site.

I have been going to this location every week for about 5 months for the various levels of dog training. The staff here are among the best I have ever met. They all have gone out of their way to make us and our puppy feel welcome and special. Tina, our trainer is amazing. They way she teaches the class and handles the dogs in unparalleled. There have been times when owners were struggling with particular issues and Tina was able to break the habit in our hour long class. Alex, one of the managers, takes time out of her day to greet our dog and even play with her. Our dog gets excited every she makes eye contact with Alex! I have seen some reviews that mentioned their prices are hefty. From my experience, the prices are all comparable and the dog toy prices are hard to beat. Sure there are expensive items, but compared to similar businesses, they are fair. Our dog is not picky with her toys so we usually get the sale ones by the front of the store! I would recommend this store to any new and current dog owner.

Great selection of items for your pet. Hard to find items. Its ok to take in your pet as long as on leash.

Took my dog there for training which was okay. The floors were almost always dirty. My dog was a puppy and would go for everything on the floor which included a lot of wood pieces. There were wood pieces in the exact same spot for almost a month at one point and I got tired of trying to avoid them when walking around the store during training.

Absolutely dissappointed! They never answer the phones in the grooming department and when they do, they are always putting you on hold as your not a customer that is important! Will never be taking my dog here again! Staff is terrible and disrespectful!
