My daughter was interested in a hamster and the young ladies working were patient and kind enough to let her get each one out and visit briefly with them before making her choice of the last one seen. Also able to give good advice on them as one lady has one as pet of her own. So it worked very well for my daughter and I, though I'd suggest taking the time to seek a hamster with a good temperament towards your child or you. Some were feistier, and bit at the handlers, just getting them out. They answered all of our questions about some being better to handle than others, and other questions we had.

Do not enroll in the wellness plan! There are class action lawsuits from so many people paying into the system and being unable to cancel when they discover up-charges. I tried to cancel because they never let you know when youre eligible for anything - only when you are due for a vaccine and then they bill you for things that were supposed to be covered under the health plan. Meanwhile pet supplies more affordable online.

This place is super close to my house, so I'm here way too much lol. I recently set up 2 more tanks a 75 and 40gal. When I first tried to get fish, they always asked what size my tank was first. Although I understand over stocking a tank, most don't. So the fact that they ask was really cool! Very nice staff, will definitely continue going there for my pets' needs.

Friendly staff that greeted when I entered. Cages and fish tanks seem well maintained. Was able to find everything we needed.

Associates that are extremely helpful and accommodating. I am able to return items that are not suitable for my pet with no problem.
