I loved my visit to Pet Smart the people are a pleasure to work with after telling them I was asked if I needed anything. They have a good mix of reptiles, hamsters... I would recommend their bathing and trimming all the animals were gently treated and their owners are regular customers,so they looked satisfied. As a footnote, it appears that the same people are their so you can probably make an appt. Hope I was helpful this was in end of November and a large shipment was expected also on some Saturdays they have adoption day to rescue them.

I prefer PetSmart over the other big name pet store. I have used their dog grooming services for my Saint Bernard as well as my mutt and they both loved going there. My Saint Bernard's life was saved by the lovely people at Banfield.He had his puppy training classes at Pet Smart also. I buy most of my pet needs there. The only complaint I have with store is the fish selection isn't as big as it used to be. That's the only thing that I find fault with.

We bring our two pups to the vet here and have no complaints. You're always able to recieve help when needed in the store. Customer service is great and the stores very clean.

I have gotten so many pets from here throughout the years that had sicknesses from the store. The reason for 3 stars is they sometimes have great sales for petperks members which is free and that's great. What i dislike most is the amount of uneducated people working here. I realize that not everyone is an all animal expert and some workers really do know there stuff (i applaud you) but others i am completely shocked by the-- even sometimes unsolicited-- FALSE information that the workers give. If you're giving your customers advice or "knowledge" about an animal or how to care for the animal, please do some research and make sure that information is CORRECT because it could be vital to the health and lives of your customers beloved animals!!! If you don't know what you're talking about, find someone who does. The unsolicited advice is even worse because (one specific employee in particular) you're boasting false animal facts for no good reason.

Not happy with what i just experienced here to day. I was a little confused on the food i was prescribed for my dog and asked for help from one of the bigger girls siting in the vet area. I explained her my situation and she just ignored what i said i guess and she explained that i needed to be in the system to buy buy the prescribed food and that i also need a card, which is not what the lady at the register had said, i asked her to repeat herself and knew i had made a mistake. She started to dumb down her vocabulary like i was some child and just repeated what she said again being very aggressive. So not knowing what else to say i just said "okay" and left.
