It was all fine until one of the Dogs started barking furiously to other costumers. He was a huge dog so it was a bit scary. The place was clean and had a variety of products. There was a cat adoption center and a dog grooming center. Cashier was nice and helpful

The typical big box store but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I lean more towards the aquarium items and found that the fish supplies as well as the variety of fish was really good. The fish and the other animals at the store looked healthy and as if their needs were being met. The dog food selection was large also. Great place to shop for all of your pet supplies.

When scheduling a stay for my dog (just one night), I made sure to include a grooming session before we picked him up. Talked to a nice girl for about 25 minutes over the phone re: his stay and grooming appointment. The day we were scheduled to drop him off, I called to see if we could drop him off a bit earlier. Spoke with a woman and mentioned his grooming appointment. She said there was no record of such an appointment and they couldn't do it. After being on the phone for FORTY FIVE minutes, she was able to make him an appointment and said he would be ready by the time we came to get him at 4pm the next day. (The whole reason for testing this PetSmart was to also have him groomed before the Thanksgiving holiday). It was extremely annoying to spend so much time on the phone re: grooming as I had just done that three days before, but understand that a mistake happened and the original girl had not recorded the grooming or booked the appointment. Frustrating, but it happens and after lots of time, at least we were all set! The next day, my husband goes to pick up the dog....THEY DIDN'T GROOM HIM!!!!!!! Said people had called out sick so they couldn't fit him in!!! So over an hour of my time on the phone, time spent getting him set up with documentation etc., And they STILL couldn't "fit him in"....by the way, he's a 7lbs Chihuahua Poodle. Will never go back to this PetSmart again.

Good place to get food and supplies for your pets (dogs, cats, birds, fish and reptiles). They have live crickets and worms for your reptilian buddies. Shelves are well stocked with the popular brands. Store associates are helpful and will check stock if it is not on the shelves.
