I always get my cocker spaniel completely shaved and sometimes she gets snippy with the ladies when they get around her mouth. So it always looks really bad around her mouth but today the groomer Lisa groomed her and she looks better than any other time she's been groomed. Not a single piece of uneven hair or hairless spots. She's older and has a few little lumps and bumps and normally they irritate those spots, Lisa was very careful and Chelsea is as beautiful as ever.

I have had so many good experiences at PetSmart that it's hard for me to put anything negative about them. So I'm just going to say that this isn't really negative but it's something that should be addressed. I have a sugar glider and she eats the mill worms and the cans by fluker's. I hardly ever see him in stock. And my dog eats a certain organic natural food because of his allergies. It's usually in stock but the other day when I was in there there was hardly any of that brand on the Shelf. But I love my PetSmart.

The first time I took my dog there it was a pretty good experience but they charged 50.00 for an enema! Just soap and water!

The grooming staff are very nice ,Andrew did a wonderful job !! My regular groomer wasn't there ,she wasnt feeling well that day , and they were still able to groom her !! Did a great job .

Took my dog to the hospital there and they treated my dog fast and gave him good care.
