Staff were very helpful and nice. The place was very clean and the place was organized... I didn't see many dead fish, but their supply was kind of low.. no biggie though because I was still able to get new Jack Dempseys.

Most of the employees at this store are amazing and always helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately, the managers and trainer are not!! Paid for training we never received! Trainer kept no showing and flaking then cancelled class all together. We were told as soon as another class started, we would be put in it. I've been trying to get my money back for over 6 months and I'm being told "oh well. It's past 60 days so you get no refund!" So....they  offer package deals for multiple classes but if anything goes wrong past class 1 you're screwed! Animals do not get training and they keep your money!! Tjis has happened to a lot of people....not just us.  We've heard it from other pet owners as well as employees...and this trainer still works there! DO NOT GO HERE FOR TRAINING!!!

Grooming: Yesterday Saturday, I took our two dogs in for grooming. They had a 12:30 appointment but because the groomer wasn't there they wouldn't check in our dogs. I waited until 1:15 and after taking two clients she finally got to us. Our pets were to ready at 4:15 at 6:00 pm went over to see if they were ready  since we were in the area. NO the groomer was still cutting one of our dogs so we waited she said it would just be a few minutes. Well 6:45 our dogs were ready. Groomer said they were busy and got behind. How do you get behind when we had the first appointment?? Our pets should come first not last. Then she forgot to give us their collars, only gave us there harnesses. So again we went back this morning Sunday for them. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, WON'T BE GOING BACK. I feel bad because we have had our pet groomed there for years and never had any problems. By the way wish you could see what they did to our pets. One was shaved completely down where you could see her pink skin & the other was so chopped up that I'm going to have to schedule him another appointment with another grooming place. Sorry PetSmart we love your store but what has happened to your grooming department.

Great selection of grain free dog food. Always friendly people and staff here.  Plenty of parking as well.  The have grooming here too though we have never used it.
