Staff very attentive, knowledgeable with overall great customer service.  I ended up purchasing food for our frogs and lizards with guidance from the staff.  Restrooms and store were clean and tidy.  Had everything we needed in stock.  Overall awesome shopping experience as in past.

Yesterday one of the employees was so helpful to me as a new rescue Mom.  I wish I got her name.  She was so kind and helpful.  I will definitely go to PetSmart for my new doggie needs.

We always try to go on Saturday if we need dog food. The rep from Blue Buffalo is there and is VERY helpful with suggesting the right food and letting us know about specials, price matching etc. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well lit.

We bring our dogs here to get baths, flea treatments, nails clipped, etc. and we have brought them here several times (especially over the spring - early fall seasons) because our one dog has allergies to flea bites and we have to try and keep her as free from fleas as possible. Usually the girls in the washing area are friendly and helpful, but we had an incident where the one girl was a bit abrupt, thought she knew better what our dog needed, AND didn't listen when I gave her a specific # to call for pickup and instead called my sick mother (which I specifically asked them NOT to call that number) & woke her up who then had to call me to pick up the dogs. The dogs usually get a decent bath & feel, look & smell so nice afterwards, but on occasion the service is a little less than expected.

Some of the help here are awesome but there are a few (cashiers also) that make me feel like they are doing me a favor by taking my payment or assisting with locating product. So it’s 3 stars!
