I live 30 minutes away and got caught in traffic on 83 a mile away from the route 30 exit so I called the grooming salon to tell them I was going to be a few minutes late and the woman rudely told me on the phone I needed to reschedule. I will be taking my dog somewhere else now.

If it was possible to give a negative star review, I would give -5.   Upon entering the store, I was overwhelmed by a sharp odor of urine and it seemed to get stronger as I walked to the back of the store.  I should have left then because it was a sign of what was to come.  I asked to buy a fish from the overcrowded tank that held at least twenty.  Rachel, who seemed to be fresh out of high school if she even graduated attempted to lecture me on buying a 55 gallon tank for a 2 inch pleco and REFUSED to allow me to purchase one unless "she was satisfied that I had the proper equipment at home."  She was unpleasant, argumentative and I just wanted to walk out after seeing her tongue modification which caused her split tongue wagged like a lizard's every time she over-talked with her condescending words.  Tim came out to back up everything his co worker had to say.  My 14 year old daughter who wanted a fish for her tank wondered,  "why it is ok that the fish suffer in overcrowded tanks in a store that reaks of urine rather than a good home where a person just wants a pet to care for???"   It seems that is the Petmart way!
