It is expensive. I find it to be cheaper and more convenient to order everything I need from Chewy. They have a better selection as well. 

I used to get my dog groomed here - she hated it. She was always so uneasy when I handed her over. I just thought I had a weird dog. Ultimately they told me they didn't want to groom her anymore.

I have since been taking my dog to a place called "Fetching Canine Boutique & Salon" on Boulevard Ave in Scranton. She loves it there and they do a much better job than PetSmart for a better price too.

This store is great! Sam is my favorite employee there. She is so helpful. I always look to her when I have questions about my hamster. She knows so much about small pets! This store is very clean and organized. Was at 5 stars

My most recent visit was on Saturday. I had to do a return. The item was never used and still in its packaging. I had my receipt as well. The cashier was just a little confused on how to do a return so she called over a lady named Pat/Patti. Pat was quite rude and was giving me a hard time. She told that I should review their return policy. When I showed her the return policy on the back of my receipt she got very grumpy. Going to avoid this store for awhile. This left me with a very bad taste in my mouth.

So happy with Kaylee's consistently gentle handling and professional grooming of our 17 year old "Hanny" - a Shetland Sheepdog mix.  Kaylee's kindness, and grooming expertise have made it easy to come here regularly. We are only "local" to Dickson City for a little while longer but given our experiences, I expect to be making the drive to "Hanny's Stylist" the next time she needs a coiffure and some cuddles!

I’m a 12 year old girl who loves animals , after doing some research I discovered that Petstores do not take care of their animals ,if you seen where they get their animals from you would cringe ,the warehouses that they buy reptiles off of do not have enough workers and they keep over thousands of lizards in small plastic tubs without food or water the video of where petstores get their animals from is horrifying and if lizards get out they make traps with double sided tape and do not check them for days so from them being hungry and scared and thirsty they try to run and their limbs come of because of this ,and when they actually check a couple of the contains they look and see if their good enough to sell if not they put them in small plastic bags with carbon dioxide and a man who works there said “some times I just throw them in the fuc***** freezer” ! Also he says when their limbs need to be amputated he uses wire cutters !

worst grooming facility EVER. not only did a little dog die here but they completely disregard what you say and do what they feel looks good!!!! i asked for my dog to have a little taken off and the head to be the same length, i come back and my dog is completely shaved and the head doesn’t even look cut at all! the armpits weren’t shaved neither was the paw pads. the other lady idk who she was but she was so annoying, i think she was new she seemed it. i asked for a bath and a light trim if needed but we ultimately agreed he didn’t need it and she ended up charging me like 50????? little outrageous pricing. the only good thing was the hispanic worked (i don’t remember her name) but she was VERY nice to my older dog and made her look amazing!!!! fire the other two and keep the hispanic woman
