They should have a better financing program. Some of the animals are overpriced and generally don't look happy. The enclosures are far too small.  There's been times where my wife and I went there and all the dogs looked sedated. I'm in no way saying they were in fact sedated. They sure did appear to be though.

I would prefer to give no star. On one Saturday I was going to Kohls and stopped by this so called pet store which had lot of puppies. Sadly the puppies had weird bottle that they have to lick to get few drops of water. When u touch the puppies they were so thin. They keep the puppies pile of shreded paper. Puppies were so tired. They are hardly able to sip some water. These puppies seemed to be from puppy mill. Please don't buy these that is only way they will stop getting puppies. There are so many shelter dogs that needs ur love. Please ADOPT.

On my last visit I heard a worker say if you keep barking I'm not going to feed you. It was really sad but they have cute puppies, I can tell they abuse the puppies.

The hamsters we saw there are living in terrible living conditions. Too many in tiny cages (were talking like 8-10 in a 10 gallon tank), wire wheels (which are not good for them) are way too small - these hamsters are huge btw, looks like they are getting little to none exercise (which is super important for any hamster to live healthy!) and hardly any food, looks like they only feed them mouse pellets. I've never seen a pet store treat their small animals so poorly. My girlfriend was walking out with tears when we left. Almost took one home just to say we saved one life from that place. Also the whole store is covered with dust and smells awful. Looks like they don't clean the dog pens well.

This place has gotten a lot better with taking care of the dogs.   When I went I was actually impressed and surprise this place got rid of those metal cages.   I'm actually glad they did.  The dogs look so much more happier and energetic.
