Located in a central part of town with many public parking options around. Around 5pm there were not enough employees on the floor, but the ones who were, were very helpful and nice. Store is kept clean and you have an extremely large selection of items for all kinds of pets. I was not able to purchase what I needed because it required a prescription, but I eventually found something similar. If you need something right away for your pets, this store is pretty decent and you’ll find what you need.

Terrible service. My girlfriend made an appointment at the Pet Smart Miami Midtown location to have our dog groomed at 8:00am. Upon arrival she was told that our dog could not be seen for another hour because there were a few dogs ahead of ours and that our specific breed of dog (French bulldog) cannot wait in a kennel. My question is, why have the option to make an appointment if your business cannot accommodate/handle scheduled appointments? The purpose of a scheduled appointment is to be seen at the scheduled time, not an hour after. A company should never agree to take on more customers than they can handle...this is a very shady business practice by Per Smart. Will not return to this property.

This place is a rip-off! Be sure to check prices online before you pay. They are charging 50% more than online! Not okay! I paid $150 for 3 items that are normally 100. I looked at my receipt in detail Cat food. They charged me $49.99. Online price is $35.09 Can food they charge $3.79 each. Online price is $2.36 I asked for a price adjustment and they honor it but only because I noticed the discrepancy. I trust that stores will charge a fair price. This store is outrageously charging almost 50% more. My items were about 100 and they charged $159! See receipts attached. Be aware !

This place is a disappointment. I made an online appointment to take my 15 pound dog for grooming at 3pm. Upon getting there his groom RAFAEL was extremely rude. He told me that he could not groom my dog because it takes 3-4 hours to groom him and that the store closed at 6pm and he wouldn't stay longer and he needed to take a break (I dont understand how it takes 4 hours to groom a 15 pound dog). I told him that I had an appointment and that I was not notified that he would not be able to do it. Rafael never gave us another option, offered another groom, or tried to find any solution. He clearly did not want to work and was just being lazy. This was a hassle becase I had to make arrangements to take my dog and was under the impression that if I had an appointment it would be respected.

The services are really good & affordable. Workers are super nice & friendly. Felt very welcomed on my first time there. 10/10 recommend!
