The only groomer we trust our tshizu with, Andrea at PetSmart. She is patient and loving with all the pets. We had to learn the hard way. Always use Andrea at PetSmart.

I went in to buy a aquarium filtration system to replace my broken one, I ordered a marineland 350 online withing 2 hrs of ordering I got an email letting me know it was ready for pickup. Went in got it...checked to make sure everything was in the box and was on my way. When I got home in realized I was missing one of the bio wheels it comes with...checked and looked everywhere and couldn't find it. Went to the store and no one had seen it. One of the managers (Patrick) took my info down and told me that if they found it someone would call me to let me know. So the next day I get a call from a other manager (Robert) asked me what had happened, I explained to him and he tells me that maybe he could help me out...to swing by the store...so I went and he gets me a replacement bio wheel. Just like that. Customer service like that doesn't exist anymore. I want to thank him and his staff for being very helpful and I will be shopping there more often.

I took my Toy Poodle to be groomed here this morning and when I picked her up, she was beautiful. They did a great job in getting all the kinks out of her hair and made her look just right. I have taken Mildred to other groomers and she comes back all scared and timid. When I picked her up today, she was in a great mood and even gave the groomer a kiss when they handed her back to me. I am positive that I will come back here again to have Mildred groomed.

Bad customer service. Manager was rude and didn't honor coupon.

I love it there. Take my Bassett all the time. Clean and we'll stocked. The employees can't wait to help and make suggestions.
