Really need to sign up for the PetPerks card in order to get a decent price on anything. It's free and doesn't hit your credit or anything, it's just a store discount card. Prices are decent and they have puppy training sometimes. 
The grooming area is good and most of the staff are nice.

My husband took our puppy in for grooming. He calls me and says that on inspection they felt knots and would need to trim her down. I specific asked how much of a trim. I heard the lady reply not much, they are only a few on her underside. I told my husband to tell her ok and if more was needed let us know first. I came to pickup my pet and she was completely SHAVED minus her ears. I screamed!!! She is a very small puppy (not much girth). It's dead of winter in IL--why would they shave her completely w/o checking with us! In the past they checked with us. 
I went to Petco and bought her some warm clothes. I was not going to post but every time I take her outside her little legs shiver and I'm upset again.😔
