I went with my kids to get a gecko for my son, and it was such a nice experience. One employee in particular, Anthony, was so fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, and told me everything I wanted to know, and more. He was polite, charming, professional, and made the all around experience very lovely. Thank you for the good service

I was very pleased with the customer service I received at PetsMart #1928 on Gateway Dr. In Fredericksburg, VA.  I have usually been greeted by an associate when I entered the store but I was greeted by 2 when I first entered and others as I went further into the store.  The young lady checking me out commented that I had saved more than I spent because of the special sale and coupons.   I told her that I had just adopted two feral kittens and needed to save as much as possible on their food.  She said she understood and asked if I knew anything about the kittens.  I showed her a picture of my Calico and Tortoise babies.  She knew why I had taken both and asked me to please  bring them in to visit.  You just have to love a store where they want to meet your babies.

Knowledgeable staff though sometimes hard to locate from time to time as one SHOULD expect in retail. Quick checkouts as well. Always a sale on something. Staff was very kind to my 5 y/o and even offered to let her hold the reptiles and hamsters.  Great store !
