I was here yesterday around 510pm, patiently waiting in line to adopt a cat. The customer before me took awhile to get the adoption process but we were there waiting and excited to adopt a cat. And to my amazement it was 15 mins before closing time, i asked the staff if theres enough time, she quickly dismissed us and said we are closing in 15 mins. Without an apology or whatever. We were there to adopt a cat and i completely understand that its almost closing time but would it hurt them to at least stay for few more minutes and help us get through the process?

The staff was so sweet and helping. They made my puppy feel so welcomed.

I booked a groom for my dog,Maya, at this location for the first time. My appointment was at 7am and I arrived on time to find that both groomers were late. I dropped my dog off with the receptionist and went about my day. About two hours later they called me and told me they gave her a bath and put her in the kennel where she scratched at the cage for so long and hard that she was bleeding. I came to PetSmart at once and the two apathetic groomers (who only had one other dog scheduled at the same time as Maya) tried to get me to book another appointment before I could see my dog and blamed my dog for having a difficult time. Maya had a difficult time, we learned, because petsmart washes the dog and then puts them in a kennel to dry and neglects them until they choose to take them out. The vet saw Maya and thankfully her wound is okay and just needs to be cleaned. However, I will never go back to a place that endorses a neglectful grooming service with ill trained staff. It's a shame because I used to go to this PetSmart almost twice a month for the essentials. Please treat the dogs you serve with kindness, that's the least one can ask from a pet store.

Staff was good and polite did what they had to and were fine with it didn't get made when we kept adding things that they had to get or do aimals were pretty helthy suprisingly
