What an awesome place if you have a pet! I particularly love their dog training classes with Debbie! We've taken her classes from puppy all the way to advanced, and it's been a fantastic experience. She deserves a raise for all the hard work she does! Whether your dog needs grooming, treats, food, toys, clothes, or literally anything else, this store does it all! I highly recommend that you visit them and if you love your pet, then shop here often :) !

Easy to find what you need. Enjoy watching the cute dogs being groomed. And enjoy petting the dogs people bring on leashes.

Took my dog to the groomer. They were good with him. He is a nerves little thing but the young woman who did him was good with my baby

One guy was not knowledgeable about the animals and could not answer most questions I asked. Or told me wrong things about the hamsters I bought .Very uneducated workers. Cashier seemed rude and always have a hard time trying to find help to get someone to get an animal out of the cage for me and they never have hermit crabs in stock. Management needs to work on educating their employees a whole lot on how to treat customers with courtesy. Because right now the Greenville store is top-notch right now on courtesy.and Greer too.

Took my little pup Rusty to be groomed here and Jessica did a GREAT job! She took her time and did it exactly as I requested. I am very pleased with their professionalism... I will definitely be back again!! Thank you! (the prices were pretty reasonable as well, for all that was being done)
