If you ever have the pleasure of dealing with Di you'll know the apple doesn't fall far from the manager tree.  After waiting 2 hours for an online order I was told there was nothing she would do about it and I would have to come back the next day.  I asked if I could buy the item in store and she said no. After about 15 min of her condescending remarks she finally agreed to sell me again the fish tank that was already pulled for my first order however hadn't been released by their system yet.  She made sure I knew how much I was putting her out to do that and that the managers would have her ass in the morning for letting me buy it.  I told her I would just call and cancel the other order and she said they wouldn't allow me to do that.  Guess what.. when I left the store I called and cancelled it and they were as nice as can be.  When I called the next day to talk with the Manager about Di and her behavior, Alex maybe, found it hard to believe that she would ever have done that and pretty much said unless I let him listen to the recorded conversation he wasn't believing me.  Without access to another phone to play it for him I said I can stop I to the store. He said I didn't have to but it would have been nice to hear her tone to see if I was correct.  I've already invested to much time just writing this so If that's their mentality then good riddance.

We had a wonderful again! We enjoy walking around the store to see what's new. Of course we have to check the clearance section for deals!

I will not go here again, the first time I took my dog,they wanted her vaccination record which was fine i went all the way home on the other side of town to get them and I brought her back I was just getting her nails trimmed and they said I wouldn’t need to bring her records back the next time I bring her so I went today they told me I needed her records, I was furious because again they refused me services so my dog didn’t get her nails trimmed. I looked at her records and she was up to date. So I will not be going here again  and will not recommend them. I’ll be going to petco.

Love shopping there. Davenport is a little drive but well worth it. The manager is so helpful. When needing help with a pet problem she is so knowledgeable and there store is always stocked well. I go there often.

Staff is super helpful, Kiersten who is in the fish section was so much help and their managers and cashier who's names I missed were really friendly. Only using them!
