I filled out an application for a kitten, because we have a very small Pomeranian, and she needs company. I waited for a phone call but never got one, so I went in to check on the app. I was approached by a very unfriendly looking girl, who proceeded to tell me I was denied because I failed to fill out the application in full. I asked if I could fill the rest out and she told me, "No!" I felt like I was being interrogated for kitty murder. Horrible place run by very unprofessional, rude, scowling feminazis! I will continue my business at Brandt's, and I will recommend my family and friends to avoid Petsmart.

I really like this PetSmart location. The employees are always so friendly. They have a decent selection of pet supplies however sometimes the prices are a little higher than stores like Meijer or Wal-Mart.

I was in the market for a guinea pig for my family, I was helped by John who was very helpful, my little sisters are very excited for the new member of the family and are very thankful to John.

Grooming hit or miss. They seem to have a high turnover in that department. When you find a good one, you can select that person for future visits and find out what days/times they are available. The prices are typical for a pet store. You'll get way better customer service and quality selection at Brandt's, not to mention the satisfaction of supporting a local business.

Have taken my two dogs here for two years with great service. Then one day my dog breaks a nail after he scratched at the kennel door and when I got there they treated me like it was my fault and basically told me not to bring my dog back unless I planned to stay in the store. Seriously, the only reason I gave any stars is because of the service we previously received. I will not be back for anything ever.
