It is a big store, I mostly use them for grooming and had a really really good experience with Josh. My dog can be a bit difficult to cut sometimes due to her thin, curly (and usually spots with matted hair) and he was great with her. They also have military discount Mon-Thursday and that is awesome

Staff in the doggie salon are very good at Triming the nails my 14 year old Pitt bull (he does not like it). They are upbeat, happy and remember Johnny Cash by name when he walks in

We set up an appointment to board my pets for the day while the apartment complex sprayed for roaches. When I arrived there were two people standing outside talking, and offered no assistance to help me get my three pets inside. When I get inside I bring my dog in and sign paperwork to admit my dog first. They offered no help in holding my dog so I go back to the car to get my cats. Coming back inside I put my cats down to sign the paperwork and they asked if my pets have any preexisting conditions. I inform them that one of my cats has FIV (non contagious unless there's a deep wound caused by the cat) she was like oh we don't accept cats with AIDS. When we called originally they said it wouldn't be a problem. They treated my poor cat like a leper because she has a condition that isn't contagious. My assumption is each pet should be given their own room, and they wouldn't all be in one giant room together. When I adopted my cat she was mixed in with a lot of not FIV cats. They offered to keep two of my pets. Why would I pay money just to skip a whole day of work to be with one pet? On my way out they finally offered me help with my pets. I declined because my cat is too contagious for them.
