Petvacx Animal Hospital has been serving the Metro area since 1982. We provide three services: Full service hospital, Van locations, House Calls

Story

We offer full Veterinary Hospital services at our main location in Rockville. We provide house calls throughout Montgomery County if you find that you are unable to get to our hospital. We offer boarding services for dogs and cats. Our mobile unit has location throughout the week.
Mobile Unit Locations:
Monday 5-6:30pm: The Professional Center (Intersection of Montgomery Village Avenue and Centerway Road)
Tuesday 5-6:30pm: Middlebrook Square Shopping Center (Intersection of Middlebrook Road and Frederick Road)
Wednesday 5-6:30pm: Colonial Shopping Center (Viers Mill Road by the Burger King)
Thursday 5-6:30pm: Potomac Woods Plaza (just past intersection of Seven Locks and Montrose Road)
Saturday 9am-12pm: Wheaton Park Shopping Center (Intersection of Georgia Avenue and Shorefield Road)

I drive 30 minutes from my house just to go to this place. They are the best. Unlike a place Wheaton I used to go to, they do not try to get you to get every test under the sun and take more of your money. They offer other options to try before having a major expense. Dr. Craft is our favorite.

We are extremely satisfied with Petvacx at home service and we highly recommend them. Dr. Dodson and her assistant came to our home and put to sleep our 21 year old beloved cat Sushi. They provided this service in an amazingly professional manner. Dr. Dodson has shown a lot of compassion for Sushi and for us and proceeded with kindness and care every step of this very difficult process. We are heartbroken for losing Sushi but we are at peace that she ended her life in her home in a peaceful and painless way.

She didn't fully explained what she was going to do. She just wanted to operate on our dog for money. She didn't spend enough time on tests to see what was wrong with her . Operated on our dog then a week later told us that she couldn't remove all of the tumor. We took our dog to another vet that was actually caring and helpful, just to find out the our dog has cancer all over her body which Dr. Gibson couldn't find .
