PFC or Warranty Service of Briggs & Stratton on 5209 Pinson Valley Pkwy Birmingham al has the worst service imaginable. My father and I have sent his Troy Built Bronco model riding mower to this shop over 4 times this summer but this last visit takes the cake. The mower was returned to the shop for ignition and fuel delivery issues. Some how after the mower made it to the shop it had "stretched"  cut PTO cable. Over $1200 was spent on repairs that did not fix the issue in which the mower was sent for repairs . here are pictures of the cables and a few reciepts.
