My first time trying out this dental office. Had a great experience. Megan who I believe her title was a dental hygienist was phenomenal she step by step told me everything she was doing, gave me guidance prior to each step as to what I should expect. She was very knowledgeable and helpful I had my 2 year old with me and she allowed pauses as me needed for him. She was very sweet and pleasant. The Dr was also great very friendly. I got my teeth cleaned and my son's checked and polished. I will definitely be coming back.

This has been my first dentist visit since moving to the Austin area, and this place is GREAT! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They all do a great job and are always concerned with how I'm feeling during the dental work. They genuinely care about your dental health. Great pick for anyone who needs to find a new dentist or anyone who is nervous going to the dentist.

I visited Pflugerville Family Dentistry this week for a routine checkup and cleaning. I grew up HATING the dentist. I found my previous dentists were there to get people in and out. So with that, and being without insurance in my 20s, I put off going. I have to say - this place from my first visit was AMAZING! Everyone was so friendly! My dental hygienist, Jessica, was very communicative about what she was doing and what was going to happen next. I can honestly say she & the other staff have put me at ease for my future appointments. They also gave me a print out of what to expect to pay for each of those visits - which is very helpful when your insurance doesn't cover it 100%. Thank you so much!!

Everyone is polite and caring, you get a free movie ticket with every referral. The check in is very easy and well structured. Any issues I have with my teeth, the staff do a remarkable job in taking care of it and educating me on what I need to do.

I love this place. They are so up to date will all the products and technology. It is their goal to make you healthy, comfortable, and happy. I am so impressed by this office and the incredible, friendly staff.
