I'm from California so I'm used to good food. Unfortunately Colorado doesn't have many places that are worth eating at. The food her is hands down the best. We drive about 20 mins from home because their food is well done && is well seasoned . I come here often actually only place we think of when we decide to dine out. The owner has to have the best memory to remember all his customers. Him being present has to be part of the reason this place has the best customer service. I definitely recommend this place.

I always visit the centennial location and am always satisfied. The guys are always friendly and remember us. The restaurant is clean and inviting. The food is exceptionally fresh and tastes great the second time around.

The food is outstanding here! I'm from Houston and this one of the best Vietnamese I've ever had. It's so fresh, delicious, and divine. One of the best parts of my trip to the Denver area.

Always great food & swift service. I love the soft shell crabs. The pho is the tastiest around, & the meats & poultry for the noodle bowls are smoky & grilled to perfection. Portions are very generous. Many other delicious choices on the menu as well. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, & ready to answer any questions you may have.

I know a lot about Pho, even how to make it authentically (taught many Vietnamese secrets). Everything about this place was fantastic. The broth was good; it was flavorful and far from bland, not too salty. I've found only one place with better broth. It was good enough, however, that I will absolutely be coming back frequently. 
Also worth noting, they provide all the correct vegetables to accompany the Pho, not just Thai basil and bean sprouts like you get at most places. Here, you'll get the essential Culantro. I love that. Also worth noting, the quality of their meat is good, and they don't skimp; they give you a lot of it.
