I'm standing in line right now at the Southglenn Tokyo Joe's. I'm the only one standing in line and no one has acknowledged me. A female with green eyed hair and black circular earrings stood at the register without acknowledging me and then started working on food. Unbelievable really. A family stood behind me for a minute before the female said “sir, are you waiting for something?” Another white, young female was with her and made no verbal communication to help me. Thought I'd let you know, you might want to up your customer service so that it's not failing.

Didn’t get avocado on my rice bowl. And didn’t get the right sauces.

Don't waste your time. Poor management and poor food. Tea selection tho 👌🏼 😂 sad to think the drink was the best part.

Terrible service. Ordered to-go and food sat on counter waiting to be lidded and bagged, getting cold for over 10 minutes while more recent orders got served or bagged and handed out. Then the 3 employees at the front counter all disappeared for another 5 minutes letting it get colder. Finally got back to work with barely warm food I had to nuke. If I had wanted microwave food, I wouldn't have gone out for food.
