I started daydreaming at Phase 4 Stereo over 20 years ago and they were already legendary in Idaho Falls at that point. This place is still hands down the best in town. All these years later, they still live and breathe the industry so they’re aware of the trending technology, the soon to be passing fads and the tried and true paths to home and car audio perfection. If you’re like me, and you enjoy being a regular customer, you’ll quickly feel welcome and appreciated every time you shop around with Dave and his crew.

We showed up, exactly at closing time, and the people let us in and were very helpful despite the fact that they should have been closed. You never even got the vibe that they wanted you to leave, like, if I was them and I came in at closing time, I'da said to piss off; they were not at all like that. Exemplary customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would they don't even deserve a 1 star rating. Don't go here I had my car stereo installed from them and they did a half ass job. They only hooked up the right side of my truck. I blew over 3 subs leaving it where the guy had tuned it, they told me that it my fault I'm blowing subs.They don't know what they are doing and are very unprofessional,I feel bad for the people that don't know that much about steros and thats why im writing this long review. If any of your family or friends have had there stereo done by phase 4 I would get it checked by someone who knows what they are doing. I would recommend limitless electronics, I've totally redone everything phase 4 has done from limitless. It sounds 10 times better now that its done right. Take the time and get it done by a professional, there is a reason phase 4 can get it done same day. I don't care where you go just don't waste your time here, I wasted mine.

Literally the best place for any audio their customer service is amazing went to limitless first and found the exact same thing for twice the amount but I can't express enough about the workers great people who know what their doing and want to help
