Rating only for Terri's snotty attitude and lack of regard for clients in front waiting area. She obviously doesn't care about anyone but herself, or her personal clients. Recently, on a cold, windy Saturday, I was sitting up front waiting for Megan, and Terri came up there. She proceeded to hold the door wide open, when she knew I was sitting there, allowing the cold wind to gust in, and this went on for several minutes. Finally, I asked, "Would you mind closing the door?" She replied, with a b*!^h face, that she was waiting on someone. I answered, "I understand that, and the cold, damp air is blowing in." Since the person she was "waiting on" was right outside in the parking lot, and knew Terri was there, she could have closed the door while she was waiting, instead of acting like a snotty, stuck up facial lady and holding it open for the cold, wet air to blow in all over someone. Terri is very rude and inconsiderate. I would not CHOOSE to do business with her b/c I don't tolerate being treated that way. There are far too many service providers out there to give my hard earned $ to instead of that snob. She's probably just jealous b/c I'm already beautiful and it's obvious I don't need her asssitance. Smh...

Very  clean facility.  And I love the idea of having individual "salons"  in one building to help people start out their dreams.  There is even a directory when you walk in to find your salons area

I'm always in awe when my hair gets done!  Bryce knows her stuff,  hair color, and cuts, etc. I trust her judgement every time! She also has 1/2 price days which makes it even more amazing when your on a budget.

I would NOT recommend Oscar in suite 103. He is very unprofessional, and overpriced.  Unless you speak spanish do not plan on communicating with him or him with you.  He quoted me a price and when my hair was finished he overcharged me by double what he quoted me.  Tip was mandatory on his phone the options are either 15, 20 or 25%. I should have chosen NO TIP. I asked for all over color and peek a boo highlights. I got  NO noticeable highlights.  When I questioned the lack of highlights he said it was peek a boo. I also showed him a picture and its NOWHERE near what I showed him. When I called to question the price and ask if he could add more highlights he said NO unless I wanted to pay all over again. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. Most stylist make a mistake and do anything to fix it not him. My hair looks no different from when I left the house to when I came back.  I feel like I threw $132 down the drain. I am so upset and cant get it fixed because I do not have the money to do so.  If I could give him ZERO stars I would have.
