The lady that runs the office also has a rental company. In 2015 she declined to rent to me bc I did not disclose addresses I lived at 7 years ago with a boyfriend. I had no evictions, I did have a discharged bankruptcy. She did not follow proper procedure she is required to by law. I’m glad I didn’t rent from her bc it would have been a bad choice. She threatened to tell some board of housing about me. We have been renting since 2015 in Pitt with a great company and have had no problems. The house I was going to rent has had high turnover.
