Awesome customer service. And, a fantastic electrician came to my condo and installed an electrical outlet. But-- ouch, ouch, OUCH on charging a $25 trip charge to Show Low PLUS $65 an hour for driving time from Snowflake? Yikes.

Huge shout out to Phil Stratton Electric, Inc. Very professional  from Phil to Nate to the office, everyone has gone over and above for us. We will not use anyone else for all of our business or personal needs  - thanks for all your help ! Our mountain ROCKS

My Generator that supplies my water well went down.  I called Phil Stratton Elect.  The following week, Tim the service person came out, and had it up and producing the correct voltage withing 2 hours.
Excellent service, easy to work with, and reasonable price.

Skylar showed up on time, with all tools he needed.  He got the work done in a timely fashion, and explained to me what I needed to replace the bedroom fan/light.

I got the necessary materials.  He came back and installed the new fan and light fixture with a minimum of fuss or muss.

I highly appreciate the professionalism, skill, and good nature of all those  I dealt with in getting my electrical problems fixed: Barbara for scheduling and billing, and Skylar for doing the work.

Such a fantastic experience. Done fast, on time, and professional looking field personnel.

They took care of me from top to bottom, start to finish, and at a reasonable rate!! Awesome!!
