Rude and condescending people here.. as soon as you come you are treated like you are not important by the desk female human.. i have been waiting for my case to be open for almost 3 months.. apparently I was given the wrong information and now I have to reapply all over again.. I'm sick of the blaming back and forth between the county offices. Like own up. 
It is repulsive of how you are treated here from how they look at you to how they talk to you... to how they hand something over to you... something has got to get done about the poor person to person service and awful hospitality provided even by a simple "hello"

The employees are very nasty they treat everyone that comes into the office as if we are beneath them not even realizing that more than half of us are employed, and a lot of people come to the office because they need help, they don't come to be put down or looked at funny or talked to like their kids. If it wasn't for the people that come to this office for assistance the employees probably wouldn't even be employed, because their attitudes are too nasty and they have no customer service skills

Its the welfare office. Expect the worse. Barely any case workers actually working. They're understaffed! And very inefficient.

Very rude ! I wish they would give me a job ! I'll show them how it's done ! Only run across one nice good worker! God bless her ! Wish I remember her name ,but I know her face!
