Spanish lady at booth 10 was very rude and nasty , constantly walking away from the window and being disrespectful to me when I "lightly" tapped on her "window" lady you don't own the windows here! Maybe if you stopped your disappearing acts I wouldn't have too. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Thank God it's there...not every one can get downtown...security is very nice & Staff really cares...I had to take care of business for  friend , had no issues at all. I did like the WISSAHICKON office better, it was much larger. However, we need this office .. Thank you staff  & Security..!
    So people be GRATEFUL..!

My atempt to navigate the automated system has been extremely annoying and challenging.  With a so-called, modern and progressive Government, I should not have to rely on an Antiquated Automated or Computerized System to engage in a common sense and people or human centered dialogue where nonscripted questions and or responses are a requirement...

I give the fourth star reluctantly only because I'm going through a minor crisis regarding my disability insurance. Still though, the local office team does earn that extra star via their professionalism and setting the proper expectations.
