Missed my interview because office was closed due to storm. No one notified me to attempt to reschedule. Had to call the office myself and was told to wait 2 days for call. There was no call. Called back customer service they told me someone called ( no one called) I waited by my phone for 48 hours, litterally. I was told to call number to reschedule and been on phone for hours. I understand the work load can be crazy but there are ppl who need urgent help, this is ridiculous. nothing seems organized. they mess up ur cases and act like mistakes are ur fault. they got to do better.

It's rare that you get a representative with actual customer service skills. I'm in awe of how many miscommunications are had due to the cs representatives lack of respect, patience and customer service. It's like calling Comcast and hoping to get your issue resolved. It's never going to happen.

Doesn't answer phone. Can't leave a voicemail. Dirty floors & bathroom. Doesn't return calls. Horrible place to be. Once you select your options on the phone teleprompter it hangs up on you.

Considering their workload they are very efficient. I have a nothing but great experiences with this office.

I don't like the workers they talk to you as if you've done something to them or like you're a non existing element that they can look down upon. When you do complain about thier attitudes, nothing gets done so either way you're irrelevant to them. I'm not even going to speak on the "So Called Security Guards." What a joke!
