Good parking, however it's a poorly choosen location​ with difficult access.

Arrived at 3PM on Dec 29. The hours state they are open 830-430. They were no longer accepting new meetings other than make payments and two other basic actions. I asked the security agent what time I should get there - he said they only accept new meetings from 830AM to 1030AM, then they spend the rest of the day processing that information and handling basic requests. I asked if it was because of the upcoming holiday, or possibly because they are understaffed? No, that is the normal mode of business here he said.

I drove 10 miles each way today (Friday January 17,2014) to file taxes in person, since I needed a receipt. I checked their hours beforehand: the site is saying they accept customers until 4:30 pm. I arrived at 4:10, just to find out that they see custumers until 2:30 or so, since they are understaffed. Loss of money and time.
The hours (until 4:30 pm) are also posted on their door.
They should change their hours in the all information (internet and the door) asap.
