HOC is a crazy my husband is in the jail everytime he calls me we talk for about 1 minute or 2 and they just bang on us 
They are ALWAYS LOCKED IN .......and they ALWAYS GOT ONE CO  I FEEL SO BAD TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOVE ONES IN JAIL SITTING BY THE PHONE TO HEAR MY HUSBAND VOICE AND TALK FOR 1 MINUTE ITS CRAZY

The staff at this jail are very ignorant, rude, and inconsiderate. If you dont like your job thats on you dont take it out on everybody else. Their attitudes are disgusting, and they wonder why people will never fully respect an officer in any uniform.

They are disrespectful until they end up on the other side and treated exactly the same week anyway it's sickening they should take more pride in their job and where they have to do their job at instead of always complaining about the inmates and swear it's always their fault at the end of the day they treat them like animals and not like people no one deserve that type of treatment they should be shut down for the type of and bacteria infested land filthy condition that they have other human beings living in and then when you go to visit your folks they want to treat you as if you belong there to people like that should not work for the state facilities in that way.
