Majority of the staff are not very friendly at all. There were very few staff that were helpful. The pet relief center is super cute (pictured below)... my dog utilized it, and I was able to walk him around the airport without any trouble. This isn’t a very huge airport compared to Dallas or Atlanta... but it has signs that point you in the right direction. If you are flying in or out of terminal F you will have to take the shuttle to get to the other terminals... the shuttle is an actual bus that you have to get on outside, nothing fancy.

Absolutely horrible! They will harass you for ever little thing.
How can you harass my mother for doing absolutely nothing wrong. They went through all her clothes and made her put it back in her suitcase. Mean while yelling at her to step back. My mother is absolutely harmless. On top of that they said they were going to bring a translator when she speaks perfect English. The translator was so corrupt. He kept telling my mother to just tell the staff that your bags are worth more than you said when they weren't. Staff kept yelling. Ten on top of that THEY said she will be put in the system in the future so they can monitor her travels. What the hell kind of service is this! How dare you guys threaten her for doing nothing wrong and having a translator be so corrupt. They even googled her items to make sure she wasn't lying in which they were pissed to find she was right. We will stop using your services after the past 30+ years. Absolutely horrendous. Corruption has become the new norm, must be following our new administrations orders.

Our airport in Philadelphia has been one of the best airports in the Nation since the expansion. Time to make our rail way system the best in the world and stop using planes too much. Waiting for a 300 mile an hour bullet train to California. Isn't this the year 2018, Holly Cow President Trump, forget a wall and build a real country.

It's a small airport with some good places to eat and chill while waiting for the flight to board.
The most interesting fact that there are a lot of employees from almost all ethnicities, Carribean, Asians, and Arabic. Africans & Europeans. Working hard at this small shops its awesome that you got to chat with them and learn some about their culture and hear actually what's their accent looks like.
The airport is located in a great spot nearby hotels and car rentals companies ...and its only 10 minutes drive away from downtown and another interesting site if you willing to visit hang out and discover.

Huge airport!! It has a lot of stores and choices for food, however you need to expect to pay east coast prices for it twice over! They updated the look of the airport. Very contemporary and modern. The staff at the airport has been friendly and helpful.
