The employees there are so nice and helpful. The security was so nice. It’s nerve racking dealing with all of this with our family of 5 . But they made it really easy experience!!!

Today  I received my passport.   It is awful!   My photo was completely ruined.  It looks like somebody spilled a  bleach across my face, also the photograph was positioned incorrectly on the page.  I never  had a  "passport" like this one before.  Is this an official document or what?  Does this agency have  a quality control or not?  I am not going to use this "passport".  The agency has to issue  the new one for me, but I am not going to pay for it again.  
Even one star rating is too much for this kind of service.

Great positive experience in talking with the friendly staff.  Renewal applications received, processed and sent to our home within 2 weeks!

Staff was extremely rude and only interested in getting me out the door as quick as possible. I guess when you are the only game in town customer service is an afterthought.

I renewed my passport by mail - 10, yes 10, days later I had a new passport!  I didn't pay for expedited processing, but that's exactly what I got.  Thank you for the excellent customer service!
