Do not stay here until the elevator renovations have been completed. 27 stories, 2 "working" elevators, and it's a disaster. Good luck getting to breakfast in the morning if you're not close enough to take the stairs. Our last day there, we finally gave up after over 20 + minutes of waiting for an elevator that wasn't already packed with guests that were desperately Riding the elevator up to the top floor just so they could get down. We toted our luggage down 27 stories of stairs. The rooms were nice and the staff was great, but the hassle was NOT worth it.

This is our second stay at this location. All in all as a family of four we were very happy the room has to be about 1200 square feet the headboard is a good 40 feet from the front door and the elevator common area. There is an adequate kitchenette with good counter space. The breakfast the plentiful and Hardy can seem like a free-for-all at times. At busy times the elevators can be a hassle. Street parking is available but you have to pay hourly. Oh no it's a good deal in a good location especially if you have little ones that have to have an area to play in

The rooms here are quite unique. Very stylish and roomy. You do have valet parking for a price. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let me do anything early check in and overall I enjoyed my visit. The breakfast buffet which was included was right in line with buffets at other embassy suites. My only complaint was the spoon handles on the buffet were sticky from use and dirty so it made dishing up food a less than desirable experience. Other than that, yes I would recommend this hotel.

This place is awful. The canopy out front is in danger of falling down. Being held up by scaffolding right now. We booked two rooms and the first was ready an hour after our guaranteed check in. The second, almost an hour after that. We are here with another family, three kids each. We had to wait in the lobby, as all the kids were exhausted. Management offered nothing for the inconvenience. Staff and management leave everything to be desired. Will never book here again.

Stayed here for one night in January 2018 on business. Large spacious appointed rooms. Modern feel and decor/furniture. Friendly front desk. Reception service (including alcohol) and breakfast daily. Would stay again.
