I was very indecisive as I shopped for a suit, and I had to change my mind many times. I should have been more prepared and decisive in what I wanted to buy there. My unpreparedness and indecisiveness causes the employees to jump through many unecessary hoops. However, through all of that, they were wonderfully pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to make me happy and get me what I wanted as a customer. If your are looking for phenomenal customer service, this Philip Michael's is the place to go. Not to mention they have great suits.

I had the honor and pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Phillip Michael personally. It's not often that you work with the owner, CEO. He was very courteous and accommodating to my very indecisive teenage son as he prepared for his Jr. Prom. Mr. Michael precisely measured him and allowed him to see various options with patience. He made valuable suggestions and arranged the pick up and fitting at a closer location to streamline future time. He was knowledgeable about his product lines and recent changes at other stores. It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend this business to friends and family, as well as return. Thank you, Mr. Michael for the wonderful service. Mrs. Crystal Mosby

Manager, Charles is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! I bought 2 suits from the Charles (manager) for a sales conference (which i talked to him about for 30 mins) which needed to be altered. I was NEVER contacted to pick them up so I called and they LIED to me stating, "they havent come back yet. So a few days later I visited the location and my suits were still sitting where they were when I purchased them!!! Charles (manager) stated he would personally take care of issue and ONCE AGAIN I WAS LIED TO because I was NEVER contacted to pickup. Needless to say, I missed the sales conference, $125 (which I explained to Charles) and when I finally got the suits back, the alteration were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! So I had to take somewhere else to CORRECTLY ALTER. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!! RATING OF ZERO!!!!!!
