I like shopping online with JCPenney, I like being able to pick up my order at the store. I like there is no problem to return. The associate at customer service at my store, very nice and helpful. Only problem I had was I called, on phone, customer service and was told after ordering on line, because I missed the coupon that they could take coupon off at store, that was not true.

If you frequently shop online and choose to ship to store, choose literally any other JCP in the area. My order was delivered midday 11/30 via UPS and it still hasn't been checked in so I can pick it up. I've tried calling multiple times and not a single person has picked up the phones except once. She transferred me and the phones just kept ringing and ringing. I'm getting absolutely no where. Had I of known it was going to take this long for a necklace, I would've paid for shipping. This is ridiculous.

Update: after getting accidentally hung up on twice, calling about five separate times, and visiting four different locations in the store, I finally have my item. This was definitely not worth all of this trouble; JCP, you definitely need a much more organized system, but a huge thank you to the person that finally found my item and chose to call me back.

I always shop at JCPenney. They have great deals and I can usually find what I am looking for.

Stay away from the salon at this store. You will be overcharged and the quality of service is substandard.
