Gary is great; very knowledgeable, helpful, willing to explain things.
It's a family business, Gary's dad is always outside making sure things are running smoothly. Will use these guys again; definitely recommend.

Great labor rates compared to other shops in Boston. Gary takes the time to explain what part may be failing, and then will buy the part locally or help you find it cheaper online. I can tell I'm not being pushed to do unnecessary and costly repairs.

Came here because someone hit my car when they were trying to parallel park & took out my driver's side mirror & they were paying out of pocket.  The staff is nice but BEYOND incompetent with their knowledge of my car make (Volvo).  It took me 4 trips on their schedule & convenience, they have NO regard for customer time schedules.  

Despite them not knowing how to connect the light in the mirror or electrical system (& making multiple day trips there) I paid them to check the emissions since my computer said it needed servicing,  They charged $65.00 for a diagnostic and told me nothing was wrong, they also reset my car with my odometer not working, which they said was a fault of Volvo.  Needless to say, the "emission service required' message is back on & my car  again and my dashboard isn't working like it was.  This is NOT a good place to take your car! They refuse to remedy the problem since (after 4 visits for the same issue) I wrote a "bad review."  I was also told how bad my attitude is & what a bad person I am. I'm a pediatric cancer nurse & allowed the person that hit me to select the cheapest place they could to repair my car, so I'm just evil-hearted, I guess. PLEASE NOTE: Some of the "stellar" reviews are from people that have only posted a few reviews!

You can't get any more personable, professional, straightforward, detail-oriented, respectful, and excellent service than this neighborhood shop, run by Phillip and his son Gary.
