I went in on last Friday to grab a few pretzels to take home. When the girl came over to ring me out, she was still wearing the yellow rubber gloves that they use to handle the pretzels (I could tell because they were covered in flour). She did not once take off the gloves to ring me out. I paid in cash, which she touched along with the register. Then as she started to walk away I noticed she wasn't wearing SHOES! I was going to make a comment but I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. I turned around before I left to see if she went back to handling food with the same gloves she just touched my cash with and sure enough, she was carrying a stack of pretzels. I am dumbfounded and pretty sad because i love Philly Pretzel factory and frequented this location. But they clearly don't have standards or rules enforced when it comes to food safety and sanitation. Come on, no shoes?! And who handles cash (or anything else for that matter) with the same gloves used to touch food! UGH! disappointed....

Unbiased details of my visit: They lost my ticket and failed to print my receipt correctly when I asked twice. They overcharged me $5. The service was slow.
