They were overwhelmed with orders on Super Bowl weekend when I tried to call and cancel.  However, the team made a point of calling me before closing and issuing my refund :!  Will use them again in the future.  Absolutely.

Very helpful and friendly! Willing to make a fresh batch of pretzels while waiting. Pretzels are delicious. Crispy outside, soft and chewy inside. A bunch of dips. Cheese, nacho cheese, butter cream, cinnamon and spicy brown mustard.

I come from the other side of the island for his pretzel s soft hot and the flavor is like old school I have my daughter go 2-3 times a month also to pick up 10 and bits all good stuff

I ordered the Valentine's bucket 1. They only put in 11 heart pretzels 2. They only put 13 rivets in bottom of bucket 3. They didn't include the balloon And they had the nerve to charge $32 And they did not have my order ready by pick up time  Last year I ordered the same item from a NJ Philly Pretzel Factory and they filled the bucket with like 40 rivets the bucket was full gave me my full dozen of heart pretzels and they only charged $25.  I checked other Philly stores and they are also charging $25. This Staten Island store is a disappointment and a rip off!

I have been purchasing pretzels from this store since Matt and George first opened. Never had any problems, they even contributed pretzels when we had our fundraiser for cancer at Rumc. Then Julia and her husband took over, and they are very professional. The pretzels are still excellent and Julia is approachable if you ever feel you have a problem. The staff are also very nice. I don't know their names but whenever I call for an order it's ready when I get there within minutes. Their service is very much appreciated. Thanks again.
