What a great place to have lunch or brunch. Beautiful interior, beautiful pastries, amazing pizza and very attentive waitstaff. Owner personally came up and greeted us which made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend. If I’m Staten Island this is definitely one of my stops for delicious food.
Today was a special day for me and my mother. Ceaser acomodate is the beat way possible and a special dish was offer for us. We got lashagna chicken pot and Shrimp linguini. Food felt fresh and hot We did have a good time, relaxing and with oldies 80’s music on the background. We definetelly will come back for other italian dishes. We always love pure italian food. We also get to know the Owner of the restaurant which is unusual and cool! Other restaurants that usually never happen the owner wecoming guests to his restaurant. We felt welcomed and home here. Haven't been here since the change of ownership. Ordered the shrimp oreganata and a side of pasta with olive oil and garlic. I'm a pasta lover and the pasta was cooked al dente with the ideal consistency. It may have been a simple dish, but to me it was delicious. For the first time in years I had a shrimp dish where the shrimp was tender and had the perfect oil and bread crumbs seasoning. The food was excellent and we will be going back soon. We were the only guests at the time, so I hope this was just a slow early evening. This place deserves to be busy.
I wish I can give Renato's Trattoria Vento more than 5 stars, this place is amazing. The food, staff and atmosphere is EXCELLENT. They accommodated a last minute holiday dinner for about 30 of our staff. I cannot thank enough Melissa for everything she did to make this dinner happen. Also Richie, for giving us such great choices with the menu. Everyone could not believe the generous portions, from appetizers, dinner and the amazing desert. I highly recommend Renato's Trattoria Vento and will gladly use them again. Thank you again.
We went in for breakfast this morning. This place has been open for roughly one month now. The owner Richie introduced himself and had a nice chat with us, he’s super nice. The decor of the place is beautiful and so was the presentation of the food. Okay so then came the food. WOW…I’m vegan and I can say this is truly the best veggie scramble I’ve ever had at a restaurant. You could taste the freshness of the food and it was so well prepared. We will definitely be back for lunch and dinner because those menus were very appealing as well. They also have a brunch menu. Support great small businesses
It took them 40 minutes to bring 1 appetizer and 1 pasta to the table while there were customers at only one other table. I guess they can congratulate themselves for practicing such a slow motion.
Melissa is did a wonderful job of welcoming us to Renato's. We have driven past many times and decided to give it a try. The food menu, and atmosphere was top notch. The prices were very reasonable Thank you Melissa and Renato's. We will make plans to visit again in the future. All the Best!
This restaurant has the feel and atmosphere of dinner while providing unique and delicious food. We started with the fried calamari, which was perfect. Then I had the Pappardelle Bolognese, which was fantastic. My friend had the Orecchiette Toscana; she loved it. We finished the meal with the chocolate moose. From the service to the food, this is a top-notch place that deserves to be tried. The owner was kind enough to greet us and welcome us to his restaurant. I will definitely be coming back to this gem!
One of the best Italian restaurants we ate in on Staten Island. From the pizza to the appetizers and main courses. The staff was attentive and engaging. This is a rare find. We are going back for 3 birthday parties. Highly recommended
We had an early dinner and the food was excellent! The artichoke appetizer is amazing… pasta was great and salmon was delicious! Melissa was very attentive. Definitely going back!
