Very pleasant staff!! Great pretzels  both mini and the regular ones Delicious variety of dips !! Especially salted caramel, confetti and spicy mustard!! Will be coming very soon again!!!

Ordered 2 rivet shakers today at 3:30 pm and the pretzels were so dried out and stale. What a disappointment and waste of money!

I had a great experience here in New Hyde Park. My order was taken fast and I received my pretzels right away, which were warm and soft. Definitely my new favorite spot for a cheap snack, better than Auntie Anne’s by a long stretch. And don’t miss out on the slushies, they’re really good! The staff works fast and efficiently, so you can tell they are dedicated and hard working. Everyone seems to have a good attitude and genuinely wants customer satisfaction. I am beyond impressed and excited to visit here many more times in the future.

Oh my, where should I even start, I love LOVE LOVE this place, the pretzels are so soft with the right amount of salt made to perfection  never had any problems here, the pretzel are warm and soft and so just the flavor of the pretzel alone makes me want to shout in happiness. They are fast and delicious, looking very forward to coming back! This is the best pretzel shop I’ve ever been too, every other pretzel place has had hard pretzels that are burnt, but this one OH MY GOSH it’s so soft and warm .

I had perhaps the worst experience I've ever had in any store in my life on Sunday December 26th in your New Hyde Park location.  The staff was rude and unprofessional. I walked in the store and stated the name associated with the order that my wife had called in earlier that morning half pretzel/half hot dog tray. Staff made mistakes and incorrect assumptions about my order and never provided me any details or asked me any questions. After waiting for 20 minutes, they brought out an order that was incorrect. When I questioned the order and said that it appeared wrong, I was told "no, you're wrong". I was also told that if I had somehow been more specific when I entered the store, it wouldn't have happened.... That this was my fault. At no point was any attempt made to apologize for the confusion on their end. Be assured that I will never visit the store again and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.

This place is just wonderful! I ordered the rivets and the portions were generous. The taste of the pretzels did not disappoint nor was the texture off.  The dipping sides are the bomb ! I'd recommend getting butter cream, confetti and chocolate dip...but be warned, because they are hella addicting!

Thanks for such wonderful service.  Your staff is super friendly and welcoming.  My family loved the pretzels they were warm and yummy we enjoyed all the different dipping sauces too.  We are definitely coming back.

Very friendly people who run the establishment! I ordered mini pretzels and a pretzel dog with a side of cheddar, brownie and confetti mix. The food tasted great overall and would recommend it to anyone who want to treat themselves to a pretzel with some cheese!
