Food isn't best in the world but it's the best you can get 24/7. Love going there all the time and chilling with friends all hours of the night. Lots of options even for vegans/vegetarians. They won't sell me a bowl for my house though. So four stars :/

This is a nice in-budget place to go to when you are even hungry at 3 AM in the morning. Yes - this is open 24x7 all week long. I love their Nasi Lemak and of course the Pho'. Place is not that fancy but excellent for late night dinners. I myself love Vietnamese cuisine so am fond of their menu. They serve good desserts as well and also the famous bubble tea. :) Vegetarians do also get tofu options but the list is not extensive.

Twice this run down restaurant has failed me. I asked them to cut my pho soup vegetables because it is difficult to eat them whole. The server had a snot nosed attitude and could barely speak enough English to respond adequately. His English was not my problem. His attitude was. So the kitchen couldn't or wouldn't take the two minutes to cut it. They do not operate by American standards. And it's dirty inside and cold in the winter. The service sucks, especially if one of these young waiters acts as your server. I say act because surely this cannot be great service. Go some place that operates with a degree of humility and graciousness for all of it's customers. This place relies on the backs of immigrants as their customer base and their labor base. No regard for either one. Pho 24 sucks. Shame on Pho 24.

Food is consistently good. But the staff are horribly trained for hospitality. They just slap the menus on the table. Lucky if your drinks are ever right. Don't bother asking for lemon. There must be no word in their vocabulary for it. Food comes out right because you order by number (Thank God). These people need to assimilate to serve. Open 24 hours and consistently good food. Those are the only 2 good things, thus 2 stars. Sorry Pho 24. Y'all got some work to do.

I love Pho 24! It holds a special place in my heart. order a bahn mi and a p11! You wont regret it! Service isnt going to be the focus here, and that's okay, its not supposed to be! You're there for that food! I promise!
