Chicken Bánh mì was NOT very good, way too salty to the point that I could not finish it. Worse yet, they REALLY skimp on the vegetables cheapest part of sandwich ... like they give you 4 of each when other restaurants will have theirs overflowing with tasty vegies. Pork Bánh mì was good but lacked vegies. Sandwich prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for here. Surprised they did not have authentic or traditional Bánh mì.
Broth is very good without any spice or sauce in it. I got the steak and meatballs pho. Portions were small. Not a lot of meat involved or noodles. Also, the plate that comes with it beansprouts, lime, mint was a small portion as well. It was also lunch time & they were very busy. Good pho and taste though.
Best pho in Bellevue! I go here often for lunch. Small P5, extra hot! : Thank you for the great Pho! Owner is amazing and rememebers my order each time. They also have other amazing food. You can also order online for pickup!
Very average, pho broth is very very greasy. Prices are about what you expect for Bellevue: expensive. If you absolutely want pho, you can get it here but I will not return. bun is okay, decent portion of protein, but for a restaurant that has pho in the name it doesn’t quite deliver on the pho.
Excellent lunch spot with generous portions, reasonable prices, and a clean digs. Sirloin and meatball pho was good. Would not get the meatballs again. Strange texture for those used to "Americanized" meatballs.
Got the Pho Tai Nam Bo Vien and it was just as amazingly delicious as the last time I had it pre-pandemic.
The Pho here is delicious! Our teams typically get the Pho Ga or Pho Tai. Love the broth with the hint of cinnamon. The service is exceptional as well. Definitely my go to Pho spot in Bellevue!
There are a lot of pho places in Bellevue and the Eastside. This place beats anything in the Bellevue area for Chicken Pho Pho Ga. The key is their broth - Slightly spicy, umami and an extremely deep flavor profile. Very popular lunch spot, so expect a line most days.
Not much is left. But, man was this a delicious banh mi. The veggies were crisp, the meat was perfectly seasoned and the bun had just the right crunch. I went to their website and ordered online. I ordered it for a later pickup and the sandwich was done right on time. It’s sort of hidden. Although right before the transit center, you kind of have to look for it. Good news, the long line made it easy to find
Guys, your meatballs taste like boiled hamburgers. The meat has to be grounded much finer, get it from a shop for comparison. And your soup is far too sweet.
